Life Day 21901: Hoopla from Home

Thursday:
I’m really getting frustrated with the wireless service (or more accurately, lack thereof) from Sprint. I deliver to a lot of Walmart stores in small towns and fringe areas, and getting online is frustrating at best. I found out that the truckstop about 10 miles from the terminal in Brigham City has free WiFi, so maybe I won’t be as frustrated in the future. I was just getting ready to give it a try when my load to Vegas was ready, so i’ll have to try it out when I get back up that way.
There is also a Walmart store about 1/2 a mile away for groceries and incidentals. A few days ago, I bought a George Forman G-5 grill (WGP90WGP) there. It was only about $97.00. Besides the grilling plates, it came with extra sets of plates for omlettes, waffles, and baking and frying. I’m eatin’ good now. I love it. (Hint: it would be great for an RV). Away with my bulky electric frying pan.
Tomorrow, is grooming day for the MMM. They’ll be going to the new PetSmart near Eastern and Russell. That, and doing laundry, will probably be the high points of my stay at home this time. Oh well, simple mind, simple pleasures.
On the return trip from Billings, I stopped in a turnout on US-191 south at mm-61 to let some traffic clear behind me. It was a pleasant spot near a river of which I forgot the name.  After I returned from Billings, I went to Grand Junctrion, CO and Vernal, UT before coming here to Vegas today.

Friday:
While the MMM were being groomed, I went next door to ‘Wally World’. I bought cleaning supplies for my truck, dog food, and a few odds & ends. Nothing major. When they were finished, I retired to the WWW and ‘geeked’ for the rest of the day.

Saturday:
Today was “Spring cleaning day” for my truck. I stripped everything out and washed every surface that my cleaning rag(s) would reach. This took most of the day. It was well over 100 degrees. That always slows me down. After I finished, I went to my room and took a hot bath. I soaked for about an hour, but felt sooooo much better afterward.
